General booking conditions
The present General Conditions of Reservation (hereinafter General Conditions) regulate the commercial relationship that arises between LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. and the user or client for the contracting carried out through the forms that LI SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. places at your disposal at www.lepacatering.es.
The reservation through the web sites of LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. will suppose the express acceptance, by the client or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as of the conditions of use established for the navigation of the user through the pages property of LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L.
These conditions are applicable without prejudice to the application of the legal regulations on the subject that are applicable in each case.
The general conditions of contracting regulate the relationship of distance selling between LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of April 13, 1998, on General Conditions of Contract, Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996, on Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on information society services and e-commerce.

These modifications may be made, through their websites, by any legally admissible means and shall be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are not validly modified by subsequent modifications. Notwithstanding the above, LI SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Particular Conditions of Contracting with preference to these General Conditions when deemed appropriate, announcing them in due time and form.
Pre-booking information
LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. informs that the reservation procedure through its web pages is detailed in the corresponding section for the formalization of the reservation.
Also, LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. informs that the user can have access to the terms of use available on the same website.
By booking with LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. through its website, the user or client expressly declares to know, understand and accept these conditions of use and the General Conditions. Likewise, the user declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity to access the websites of LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. and the contracting through them. The user is responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly the identity and password obtained in the registration as a customer, not being able to transfer them to another.
Once the reservation request form has been sent, the establishment will contact you to confirm and/or modify the reservation.
The booking confirmation and the booking receipt (printout made by the user) will not be valid as an invoice.
Booking offer and price reference
In compliance with current legislation and, in particular of Law 34/2002 of services of the information society and electronic commerce, LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. offers in the corresponding section for the formalization of the reservation information on all possible reservations, their characteristics and prices. However, LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the offers offered to its customers through its website, by simply changing the content of the same. In this way, the products and / or services offered at all times by the website LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. will be governed by the General Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company shall have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products and/or services.
All our dishes may contain some allergens among their ingredients (EU regulation 1169/2011).
For infrastructure and operational reasons, it will not be possible to change menu ingredients at the last minute, SO IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO COMMUNICATE POSSIBLE MENU CHANGES AT THE TIME OF MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.
Price indications
Each possible reservation offered will indicate its price and whether it includes VAT or any other applicable tax. The prices shown on the screen will be those in effect at any given time, unless there is a typographical error. When the price is different for the aforementioned reason, LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. will inform the client, via e-mail, before proceeding to charge the reservation.
Availability
The availability of the offers provided by LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Although LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. updates the database periodically, the reservation requested by the client could be full at that moment. In this case, LE SPACE SPACE CATERING S.L. will send an e-mail to the customer informing him/her of the impossibility of the availability of the offer.
Methods of payment
No charge will be made for the reservation request.

Withdrawal
According to the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
